At Clendova, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it quickly and effectively.

Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. In most cases, it will not be necessary to physically return the item.

Instead of a physical return, we offer the following options:

  • Partial refunds: For items with minor defects or issues that do not significantly impact functionality.
  • Product replacement: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will send you a new one at no additional cost.

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the received product showing the defect or issue.

Note: Physical returns are not required, and refunds will not be processed without first submitting a return request or providing proof of the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. However, the same conditions mentioned above regarding the product’s state and return process apply.

Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your return request, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
